The Vikan HyDrive Round Brush Ø90 mm (Very Hard) is a drill brush developed to make deep cleaning in food production faster, easier, and more consistent.

By fitting directly into cordless drills or pneumatic tools, this professional drill brush transforms manual scrubbing into power-assisted cleaning — significantly reducing cleaning time and physical effort during shift changeovers and scheduled deep cleans. Instead of relying on scouring pads and repetitive manual motion, operators can remove stubborn residue, sticky debris, dough, chocolate, labels, and baked-on buildup quickly and efficiently.

The Ø90 mm round brush head provides broad, consistent coverage on conveyor belts, table surfaces, machinery, walls, and other accessible areas. Its dense 25 mm visible filament pattern with very hard polyester bristles delivers aggressive scrubbing performance in both wet and dry conditions — helping teams complete cleaning tasks faster while improving cleaning consistency between operators.

This industrial drill brush is produced from EU, UK & FDA compliant raw materials. The securely moulded Ø6 mm hexagonal stainless-steel drill bit ensures stable attachment, while stainless steel staples provide durability for demanding environments. Clear rotation arrows and a maximum speed marking of 1800 RPM support safe, correct use.

The brush head and adapter are CE & UKCA marked.
