Lone Jespersen

Principal and Founder of Cultivate SA

Lone has worked to improve food safety through organizational culture improvements for almost 20 years. Lone chaired the GFSI technical working group, “A Culture of Food Safety”, chaired the IAFP professional development group, “Food Safety Culture”, and is currently the technical author on the BSI PAS320 “Practical Guide to Food Safety Culture.” Lone holds a Ph.D. in Culture Enabled Food Safety from the University of Guelph, Canada and a Master in Mechanical Engineering from Syd Dansk University, Denmark.

Amit M. Kheradia

Environmental Health and Sanitation Manager, REHS/RS @Remco

Amit has over 18 years of experience in food safety/quality and process and is part of the Vikan Hygiene Team that presents webinars, white papers, and articles on food safety topics. He holds qualifications in Food Safety and Quality Assurance from the University of Guelph, Canada (MSc), and Food Science and Technology from University of Nairobi, Kenya (BSc). He is certified in HACCP and FSSC 22000 internal auditing, and is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist/Registered Sanitarian. He is also an FSCPA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual and is conversant with Canadian food safety regulations.
