EU and FDA food-contact compliance
Vikan colour-coded cleaning tools are tested for compliance with all EU and FDA requirements pertaining to food contact. Conducted by an independent accredited laboratory, migration analysis testing determines if any restricted chemicals are present, and if so, what the concentration level is.
We use the test data to issue Declarations of Compliance for all our tools to ensure that you can select the right tool to meet legal food safety requirements.
