SOFHT

The Society of Food Hygiene and Technology is a voluntary organization set up in 1979 by a group of professional people to represent the interests and views of everyone involved in food hygiene across all disciplines. Vikan is a Supporting Company Member of SOFHT, the highest level of membership available. Deb Smith, Vikan's Global Hygiene Specialist, is a director of the organization and an Events Committee member. She also sits in on the monthly Hygiene Managers Forum meetings to provide support and advice.
