My role at Vikan

I am an Area Sales Manager for Vikan in the UK. On a daily basis, I meet with Food & Beverage manufacturers across the Midlands, Norfolk and Suffolk to offer them support with their cleaning regimes and product requirements. I also work closely with both local and national distributors to support them with training, site visits and help them develop their Vikan business. 

It is great to be able to help people resolve cleaning issues through advice and support rather than giving them the cheapest solution available. It also helps that I get to travel the country, meet different people and not spend my days sat behind the desk like I did in previous roles!

Professional Background

This is my first venture into sales, but I have spent an extensive period of time in sales support positions. These have included both external and internal roles, which has given me a solid foundation in all aspects of sales.
