All brush blocks are made of solid polypropylene and the filaments are fixed with stainless steel staples. The diameter of the holes in the brush blocks is meticulously adapted to the size of the bundles of filaments. We currently test the filaments in order to maintain the high standard of quality. |

To be sure that our products meet the demands for long durability as well as high wearing qualities we submit the tools to a wear test which most of all can be compared to controlled vandalism. For instance we test the shovels in a special test machine, pushing the handle of the shovel forth and back with high power. |
