Wall Brackets should always be placed in close vicinity of the areas/machinery which the cleaning tools on the wall brackets are to be used for.

Don't necessarily try to place all cleaning equipment in the colour zone on the same wall bracket. It makes for a more efficient cleaning operation to have several wall brackets with fewer tools and shorter distance to the cleaning operation.

Let also facility management of the factory check that the placement on the walls are okay.

For optimal 5S operation, make sure that there is also space enough next to your wall bracket to have a list of which cleaning tools should be on this bracket. The list from the zone planner app is very beneficial for this purpose.
