Vikan’s colour coded products specially designed for the food industry are complying 100% with this requirement. The Vikan products are tested at a certified laboratory, furnishing documentation that Vikan’s products are complying with the migration limits laid down by EU legislation, and set up in the recent EU regulation 10/2011. All Vikan products that might come into contact with food stuffs have been designed to comply with Framework Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011, and are marked with the glass and fork symbol.
