All production units of the Vikan Group are certified according to ISO14001: 2004.

The environmental policy of the Vikan Group assumes that everyone takes an active part in protecting our environment and natural resources.

Through continuous monitoring the Vikan Group ensures the observance of the rules and regulations set up by the authorities. Be it demands within the environment, working environment, as well as general regulations and statutory requirements that the Vikan Group
has joined.

Through an active environmental management the Vikan Group will work for protection of the environment and will ensure continuous improvements as well as prevention of pollution.

It is important for the Vikan Group to focus on employee and customer health and safety.

The Vikan Group imports raw materials from the whole world and works closely with our suppliers to ensure that international standards of human rights, labor rights and the environment at all times will be respected.

The Vikan Group wants to be characterized by the following values: initiative, teamwork, credibility and commitment; and all our activities aim at supporting these values.

Vikan Group ensures that the environmental policy is fully understood, implemented and continually developed at all appropriate levels within the organization, and, in accordance with ISO 14001, is communicated to all relevant partners outside the Vikan Group.
